This CD, which documents a live concert from St. Petersburg, Florida, is also available as a video. Rick Fay (doubling on tenor and soprano) welcomes an impressive band also including the up and coming trumpeter Jon-Erik Kellso, trombonist Dan Barrett, clarinetist Chuck Hedges, pianist Chuck Folds, bassist Bob Haggart and drummer Eddie Graham. The music consists of 11 Dixieland and swing standards filled with Chicago-type ensembles and heated solos. Among the high points are "Way Down Yonder In New Orleans," "Beale Street Blues," "I Would Do Anything for You" and "South Rampart Street Parade." ~ Scott Yanow, All Music Guide
